We strive for 100% satisfaction for every customer. Any return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Shipping Charges will not be refunded, The items must be in the same condition and packaging you received them in with no signs of use or odor. Cut yard goods are not returnable (yardage with manufacturing defects or flaws may be returned, Please contact us with questions about defective goods). Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. Return shipping charges are the usually responsibility of the buyer, but we can make exceptions if need be. International Orders are not returnable.
