Pattern has instructions for a wall hanging and placemats

The pattern Author suggests you can use her Y Block Ruler to make the half square triangles in the wall hanging or the Quarter Square Triangles, you can use that ruler BUT these can ALSO be made in traditional ways with a regular ruler.
